We're Muya
and we love to travel!
Our story begins with Teresa Tenrinho and Bernardo Ho.She was born in Venezuela, where she lived until the age of 14, and he in Mozambique, with great-grandparents who came from China by boat. Their paths crossed during a hike in Alentejo, in 1994.
At the time, Teresa had a background in Social Policy and Bernardo in Electrical Engineering. Each pursued their professional career, they married and had children, but their passion for travel and the dream of building a business together never left them. They thought, they dreamed, and finally launched themselves into this adventure.
At Muya Travel Experiences, you can count on all the usual services of a travel agency:flights, accommodation, transfers, cruises, holiday packages, and sightseeing tours.
However, their true passion lies in the tailor-made journeys they design and personally accompany.With unique themes and itineraries, they create experiences that turn into unforgettable memories.
In the East, our journeys become even more special, as Bernardo, a descendant of Chinese ancestors and fluent in the language, has privileged knowledge of the places, the life, and the local culture.This allows us to go beyond the obvious, uncovering hidden secrets and ensuring that your memories will be truly authentic..
